The Small Business Association (SBA); what it is, and the role it can play in growing and developing your business

Jeannette Hayes has been in the financial-services industry for 29 years, and she is currently the SBA Operations Manager for 1st Source Bank. In this role, she assists her lenders in navigating and adhering to SBA requirements, meets with existing or potential clients, and works through the loan process with an applicant from the time of application to the loan’s final disbursement.

She is a graduate of Bethel College with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She resides in South Bend, and she and her husband have one adult son, who is also employed by 1st Source Bank. She is active in her local church, and enjoys gardening, reading, and baking when time permits.
