We are so excited to offer a Livestream Yoga class for our After Hours Get-Together. Please plan to show-up and sign in a few minutes early so we can start right on time!  This class will be gentle and peaceful; easy enough for anyone, regardless of experience or fitness level.

To help you prepare for this session please wear something cozy, choose a space where you have room to move and is free of distractions.  You will need a yoga mat or beach towel, a pillow or bolster and water.   Make sure you can easily see your screen and are able to hear your instructor, Maureen Rousseve.

Maureen has a BA in Elementary Education from St. Mary’s College and is a Certified Fitness Instructor.  She currently leads classes at St. Mary’s College and Penrose Physical Therapy.  As a business owner, busy mom of 2, and wife, she knows and understands the many challenges women face.  As a fitness professional, she shares her passion for motivating other to benefit from all that yoga offers – including flexibility, reduction of stress (yes please!), increased blood flow and mindfulness.
