About Dr. Shannon Jennings, President and co-founder Syncovate LLC–Business Psychology Consultants
Dr. Shannon S. Jennings is the President and co-founder of Syncovate LLC—Business Psychology Consultants and has produced and facilitated hundreds of leadership workshops and retreats. In addition, she has trained hundreds of facilitators in roundtable methodology and peer learning.
As a passionate advocate for engaging leaders throughout an organization, Dr. Jennings is focused on organizational leadership development, strategic growth, organizational diversity/belonging, and strengths based performance. As a leadership coach she engages assessment tools to target areas of growth that can quickly lead to higher performance and increased job satisfaction. The Syncovate Business Psychology coaching model brings a deep understanding of how mental models and unconscious learning influence not only our well-being but our daily decision making and leadership styles—Dr. Jennings brings a focus to every coaching session resulting the goal of at least one take away that can be “put into play right away”.
In addition to her role at Syncovate, Dr. Jennings serves as an adjunct professor in the Business Psychology department at The Chicago School of Professional psychology, leads the Child Advocate in Divorce program for St. Joseph County, IN, has a thriving private practice, and has the honor of serving on the board of the Center for Community Justice.
Dr. Jennings earned her BA in Psychology from IUSB, MA in Mental Health Counseling from Bethel College, and Doctorate in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2013.
