Our firm consults with many types of commercial and industrial properties. We offer a free consultation and don’t charge a fee unless we win. Our rates are the lowest in the business, charging only a first year fee of 50% of the tax savings. Yet our clients enjoy the benefit of a correct property tax for future tax bills as well. It’s a win win.

We are a local business who takes pride in customer service. My partner, Jared Rosenow and I begin this new company in 2016. Prior to that we both worked in the assessment field for many years both in public and private service. We have hundreds hours of continuing ed and maintain the highest level of certification through the State Of Indiana. We have a combined experience of 40 years.

If the assessment we are working on is fair we don’t charge any fees. If there’s a discrepancy we will find it and handle all the appeal work for our clients. Our whole business philosophy is to return tax dollars that are rightly theirs with our fee structure set up to benefit our clients first. We live in the community and have a stake in helping our community thrive by putting money back into the pockets of business owners.
